Also, be aware you can only connect ONE device to the streamer at a time with the free version. Once I turned that off, it connected immediately! Only problem was that my desktop screen was set to a high resolution, so even on a 5.7" (145mm) screen, the display was too small. Eureka! I use Kaspersky's VPN on my Android. They wrote back saying my Android appeared to be coming from a different IP than my home network. (This was on a Sunday night, and Monday morning, I had a response waiting for me.
